I would wake up early every morning and make breakfast before I wake up Sanae. Sanae would then wake up the 2 Goddesses because I'm not worthy enough to do so. They would eat at the main table together while I eat in the kitchen for I am not worthy to eat along side them. I would then do the washing up and process with the daily house chores.

1. Wake up in Sanae's futon
2. Wash dick in sink
3. Food
4. Sex with Sanae
5. Repeat 3 and 4 until bed time

Suwako: Conveniently never there when she's needed. Offers advice and sends you on odd quests that eventually prove beneficial when she is.

I'm thinking that they might do it to be this way:
They try to make it so the only person I know lives in the shrine is Sanae.
Kanako and Suwako would hide their actual presence altogether so I would only know them as the shrine's deities without seeing them in person. (They might have traditional wooden God-statues that represents themselves for me and other visitors to worship and give offerings to.)
So basically I would believe the only person I'm living with is Sanae, and the two Gods would observe me behind the scene. Probably to decide whether I'm worthy for them to actually show themselves in front of me.
