The story of Baldr Sky isn't anything great so far, I'll give you that.
But it's really well executed, I thought the timing and pacing were really well done.
The way the flashbacks were implemented was genius because it never perturbed the action, usually when you have too much flashback in the story you usually think GOD GO BACK TO THE MAIN STORY ALREADY but I never felt that way with this game, I liked both part equally.
And the plot was unrevaled pretty well so far, nothing brick shitting but it did have some impact.

I kind of want this and kind of want that and I still haven't decided what else to vote besides France Shoujo. That one just really looks like something I'd enjoy and I don't think anything similar has been translated yet.

I absolutely hated it. It made a mess in my head because the few little details that are different in each route but are important enough to understand everything. I had to replay a scenario a lot of times to catch up one phrase that someone said somewhere to make a connection.
The flashbacks? I hated them, I wanted to get on with the story already but that's just my opinion.

And I hate the plot. Too much infodumping with too many loose ends and no explanation besides "It's the organic AI" and "Nanomachines did it". Also, there are way too many unexpected events for my liking.

Rain is a nearly perfect waifu so I don't regret playing it.

Sayonara wo Oshiete has excellent music. Have a listen to the ending theme some time, it's by KOTOKO and great. The BGM tracks are good too. The game is also voiced.
It also has good art for the time, although it's of a particular style.

Ended up voting for France Shoujo, Saihate, and Gunjou.

I'm really rooting for France though. Doubt it'll ever be translated by anyone else.
