And more than that, it's all about emphasis. Arc used to wear a loose shirt so it might be said that they just weren't visible. But look at the pick, literal sharp underboob shadows on the shirt. Is this shirt shaped like female armor with sticking out breast area or something ffs.
I'm ok with different characters having different body proportions, but the new boob focus of the recent works indicates a worrying tendency imo. As I see it, TM wants all the young coomers under their wing and it's hard not to agonize about it.
