That Gook is fucking everywhere. His name is 좆뇽/JotNyong cause of his old nickname in DCinside. His been going around doing that shit everywhere from DCInside, Reddit, Ruriweb and Twitter. Going against Makihisa's wish to bring back Shiki when she is in a position of authority isn't chaotic because its her authority. Lawful vs. chaotic ultimately comes down to adherence to principles regardless of where they come from, and since childhood she's always done exactly what she was supposed to. She follows all of her own rules to the letter and strictly exacts that authority (as far as she is aware). It's also debatable if she's even good considering her values revolve around Shiki and treats allcapsbro and the maids like shit if they interfere with that.
If we're operating on the assumption it's based on nature as with Vlov, Kohaku is also good as seen in her dedication to protect her sister and her sincerity once she gets over her baggage. Kohaku spits in the face of rules all the time, usually just to be helpful, at that.
Satsuki is just naturally kind and helpful to those around her. If we're calling Vlov good, succumbing to vampiric impulses can't be counted against her. Furthermore, she becomes an ally of justice in spite of them if she survives.
And Mio is the best good samaritan in the setting. Literally every scene she appears in except Arc's date all she does is help random strangers regardless of who they are or what deeds they commit because they're there, and half of the time in a matter of life and death for them, never once leaving a trace. Even Ciel does it out of personal satisfaction, not as a natural behavior, and is strictly informed rather than seen aside from that one time. A true secret ally of justice who will co-found the Neo-Back Alley Alliance.

I sort of agree that some parts of the True Ending are kind of retarded though. Throughout most of the fight, Shiki repeatedly states that Ciel is the most important thing to him and goes crazy at the thought of Arcueid hurting her.. just for him to go crazy for Arcueid again through his retarded inner monologues during the climax. I'm glad Kinoko toned down the "love triangle" for the Remake, but what's left of it is still by far the weakest part of the route for me. It doesn't add anything but devalue the whole thing, especially since Shiki/Ciel really had their best scenes when Arcueid is totally out of picture. Regardless, I'm really glad we won't have to deal with this crap in the Far Side since (hopefully) Arcueid will be totally out of the Tohno drama.

If anything he toned it up, it's just the route is far longer in proportion. It wouldn't be too far from the truth to say that Ciel's route was originally practically a second Arc route. Its main purpose was to develop Arc and Roa and show another side to Arc's character, and Ciel was just a medium to make this happen.

The new Ciel content is just tacked on to that, if anything. As a result of the execution, there will be those who only care for the Ciel parts and those who only care for the Arc parts, but no one will like the parts they share because the execution is so terribly forced.

I don't expect Shiki to throw away his ties with Arcueid like nothing happened. For example, I thought it was pretty well done in the Normal Ending, he admitted that he liked her (emphasizing the 過去形) but circumstances made it such the the person he is in love with is Ciel. Meanwhile, during the climax of the True Ending, Shiki suddenly talks about (愛) and all that crap regarding Arcueid, when we spent two hours reading the whole fight with Shiki constantly solidifying his feelings for Ciel. The least I can say is that it's kinda hard to digest, but hey we're still far from the real shit show of the original route.

How so?
Shiki goes out like he always does, rejects Arc's offer because he's based enough to not even consider being subjugated as a real choice now, ends up needing to save Ciel and then Arc, and then leaves with Ciel. His internal monologue isn't an actual action and he's not conflicted about which girl he's leaving with at all in that either, to the point where there isn't even an Arc option anymore, his only choices are how hard he rejects Arc. He's pretty resolute now with regards to his own reasoning, saying wow Arc beautiful in his head does not actually change his actions or why they happen.
Ciel shows up to save Shiki as usual, but now Arc is going all out and there's no collateral to avoid since there is no real city, so she can also go all out. Boops Arc and then needs saving from Big Arc because this is Ciel route and they take turns saving each other. Walk off and cute senpai moment. Pretty standard Ciel, almost the same as the other ending but happy and with a sky laser.
In the remake Shiki and Ciel have a pretty consistent habit of not really listening to what the other tells them to do, talking past each other at times. Always with good intentions of course but they've done it a lot so Shiki going outside anyway feels normal. He's done worse.
Arc, from her perspective, is being reasonable with her offer for Shiki even though she's been very unstable. She essentially just offered him eternal life and love, and he stabbed her in the throat and said he loves her least favorite person more. So she flips her shit as per usual but this time it's very personal and so much worse. Arc's been gradually deteriorating mentally this whole route, so seeing her absolutely gone this time instead of just really mad feels like a good payoff.

The 愛 word is actually reserved for Ciel, and the もしも/夢 motif from Arc's route/the prologue is used to illustrate their relationship and how they can't be together.
