That's wrong though, I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to but most characters that have a lot of dialogue got some special TSP interactions.
If you have Sakuya as a lover and you TSP rape her, she'll take in the pleasure rather than be sacred when you resume time and if you cum in her mouth she immediately swallows it.

In TohoK, how can I make sure that my character does not please a girl without setting stuff like csens, vsens to 0 every turn with cheats and hope that she doesn't cum. Yes, she has to love you. She's one of the harder characters to woo, as she easily gets pissed off. For instance she'll start wanting to fuck while on Yearning, but if you push her down early on and do just about anything, she'll lose favorability and maybe even earn hate marks.

Probably need to get the original versions. For TW download the game from the game/japanese branch on Gitgud. For K it looks like they stopped hosting the JP version there but there's a link to a source github. It looks outdated though so you might be better off scouring one of the upload sites listed on the wiki for recent versions, but those tend to just be patches.
