This card is basically going around in circles while dodging the random bullets she fires in all directions. And it gets faster.

The main thing to do here is to continuously avoid the concentrated spray that fires every time she kicks as you are basically dead if you're still in the direction she is kicking after she jumps. You may want to time your shots to cancel out her bullets right as she finishes her kicks. Not much else to say.
