For the word in my language, Ai Shinozaki and Marina Nagasawa fit the concept, also Hazuki Tsubasa. There are others but I don't remember right now. The word rarely fits Japanese people, except children up until teenagers, so probably in Japan the concept wouldn't be the same but something similar? These are the only Japanese I can think of who fit the word right now, not counting regular actresses or singers or such. I could list a dozen Korean examples or of my own ethnicity, but that'd be off topic...
