In type lumina they neglected a lot of remake characters, but kept Kouma... I strongly feel (and hope) that they will retcon his story for him to appear in the far side and expand all the "demon" blood storyline with new characters and an expanded lore, as Kouma is a prime example of a "demon".

If his life is sufficiently in danger and he's desperate to live enough, yes. Going into Nanaya mode is not restricted by confronting mixed-bloods in the first place; a more experienced Shiki is even able to steel himself and go into this or a comparable frame of mind manually by the time of Melty Blood. It's just that Shiki doesn't automatically get the murderous impulse which compels his Nanaya blood to the forefront except when dealing with oni-spawn.

The actual problem is that his brain can't handle the concept of death possessed by entities or objects with the degree of mystery that a Heroic Spirit or Noble Phantasm has, at least not without considerable acclimation. He might even burn himself out before managing to land a proper blow in the worst case.

Satsujinki, the theoretical future Shiki that's hunting DAAs in Tsukihime 2, could probably handle this a lot better, but even that comes with complications, as with continued use of the MEoDP his magangoroshi glasses no longer function - he still sees death in everything anyway, and it's fucking him up, so he's forced to just entirely blindfold himself when he's not fighting.

So yeah, Shiki has the potential to fight and kill Servants, but it's an uphill battle. His major advantage is the element of surprise, since most Heroic Spirits are unlikely to suspect a regular human can move so quickly and attack so fatally. The problem is, he's going to end up destroying himself in the process most of the time, depending on the version of Shiki we're talking about. He's honestly not on the same tier as a Servant, but he at least has the potential to do it.

I guess there's also Rent Free Roa Shiki, which is so strange to talk about considering this version of Shiki used to only be relevant for a small span of time at the end of the original Ciel route, but now I guess with the remake it's this whole thing. Yeah, that Shiki can probably kill Servants on account of no longer being entirely human.

As an FGO fag that actually takes the story seriously, none. For all of Part 1, Guda is essentially a blank slate JRPG protag that wants to save the world.
