There are no "real ones". It depends on how you define god.

In Gensokyo, the Dragons are the "real gods". However, the Ministry of What's Right and What's Wrong is run by the 10 Lord Yama (it's unknown if Shikieiki is a normal Yama or a Lord Yama) who have dominion over souls and reincarnation.
In other realms (e.g. Makai), supreme deities are localized (e.g. Shinki) to that realm alone.

What's your problem with the Mokou tripfriend. In my opinion he's one of the best tripfriends /jp/ has had in months. He's actually an on-topic tripfriend - meaning he talks about Touhou and Visual Novels as opposed to most tripfriends that only participate in /r9k/ (circlejerk) threads.
