A guy in my D&D group is super enthusiastic about Type-Moon, but in a good way. He's not really disruptive, and will gladly shut up if asked or if the DM tries to get him to refocus. He's actually why I picked up Grand Order so many years ago in addition to watching Kara no Kyoukai.

Anyways, I give that context to establish that he's the big man on campus, and I am dirty secondary. We were taking a break while the GM made dinner and got to chatting about Tiamat in the context of Fate. I said something along the lines of "It's a shame we'll never see her as a servant like with both halves Beast III." His response was that it might be possible given the events of Fate/Prototype and how a Master in its second grail war controlled a Beast. I haven't looked at Prototype yet, so I couldn't really refute his claim. But it sounded interesting all the same.

I guess my question is this: How would you justify Tiamat showing up as a servant? Would you make her an alter-ego? Maybe an avenger? A divine spirit merged with a Pseudo-Servant?

At the same time she was butthurt that she was forgotten and deemed unnecessary by humanity. From what we've seen it looks like most of the cool stuff is going to happen on screen and more fights will happen due to the improved engine being able to show more fights with high production values. I'd expect the same beats from the original VN, but explored more deeply and with characters given more time to develop so that the story can flow more naturally. Aoko is also obvious, although she doesn't show up for long.
Satsuki could actually possess circuits as she was described as being unique in her potential as a vampire, but I think that's it, unless you start including MB characters.
