As unlikely as it is, I'm hoping that one day they'll ditch the standard radio-friendly anisong formula and expand outwards a little more. I can only listen to so many releases that are written to compress down into a 1:30-2min snippet for an OP or mobage.

I don't know if you are the anon(s) who keeps bringing the topic up, but Starlight hasn't had new additions to the cast outside BLUE GLITTER and Assault Lily won't be casting relative unknowns for the live action shows. Both Nelke and Pius tend to cast actresses they've worked with before, or have good chemistry with existing cast members. Bushiroad/Hibiki might try to make a push for her but there are just too few possible platforms she could make an appearance in as is, #3's cast was announced long ago, the voice cast for Last Bullet is defined, and I doubt Sakuragi will make room for a minor character in January's Hitotsuyanagitai play when she already has at least 9 core cast members and 1 or 2 (Tsukui, Tanoue) antagonists. If anything, "minor characters" haven't been a thing in Assault Lily productions since 2018 or so, the shows in recent years have cut down on characters who don't have any development arc or relevance in the middle to long term.

She'd have better luck getting more exposure in Bushiroad's newer or future projects that may eventually open up more doors to projects that don't have as much or any Bushiroad involvement.

I'm going to raise Rimirin as an example because she was the first to come to mind. Theater doesn't seem like a "bad" option for Hibiki talents, they have some amount of rudimentary training for it (as mentioned during one of the TonoTsumu videos), and once one gets their first role, the rest will come eventually. As I recall, Rimirin's first three roles in theater were in productions one month apart from each other, so she was probably either going for many auditions or happened to impress somebody that sent offers her way.

And going off the Seiran actresses' performance in Starira, they've done a pretty decent job considering how none of them are dedicated voice actresses (Nanaki and Tsukui are mostly acting in live action while Kadoyama is a singer). There are some transferable skills going from one format to the other that will come in handy.

I get what you're saying, the only reason I advocate for such roles is because I want to see them in person more, and at least in my mind, a stage role is easier to come by than a genuine studio seiyuu role.
Yuzumoon has had stage roles before, along with my wife, but anything beyond that seems to be coming along slowly.

Outside the otakusphere, perceptions are commonly the other way around, just take a look at seiyuu making TV appearances who often don't get to do anything special or interesting aside from reading generic lines aloud or "doing tricks" with their voices.

As things stand, I'd rather Hibiki's voice talent gain the opportunity to show that they can act/perform, whether it be voice acting or in live action, because there is only so much reach their parent company has. The random otaku on the street who would dismiss Starlight and Bandori as "idol franchises" would probably still recognize Aiai from Kemono Friends, for instance.
