I got a silver dragon scroll just now. Their drop rate seems to be far less than books and tiles. Haven't even seen a bronze one in a while.
For what it's worth, scrolls seem to be easier to get in story mode grinding, although you have to trudge through the whole pool of them.

If you want more in-game lore/story, you will have to wait until global starts theatre events which are just straight up nothing but cutscenes. They love doing that inbetween big events. There is another one coming right after maintenance in a few hours again.

Tempted to dump the 100 SC I have into the Flan banner, only friends I'm still missing are her, Medicine and Reisen. But I know I'll just end up with more fairy dupes and Meiling.

She can grant up to 5-6 yang atk up from her skills, LW and graze buffs so she's actually the best yang buffer atm, beating Ringo. Her main problem is being strictly support, but she still has plenty of water in her shots and spellcards to break through enemy barriers. You could use Wakasagihime with any yang attacker that has little to no personal yang atk buffs, like Tenshi. Waggysaggy also has 0.75 p boost for all allies on her second spellcards, barely any characters increase ally power outside of power link (only Shizuha Aki if i remember well).

I personally don't mind having an entirely different order to things. Makes everything exciting, and screws hoarders' plans so it'd likely also mean a higher income for the gatcha along with a likely reduced retention rate from people displeased by this.
Hell, I'd be all in for unique plot events. They only really need the scripts, as the other assets like art and backgrounds can just be recycled, and the gensokyo multiverse lends itself for all sort of wacky hijinks. It's a very smart way to handle the touhou IP, in my opinion.

Only thing that turned me off was that the story went straight for *THE FATE OF THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE IS AT STAKE IF YOU FAIL EVEN ONCE* from the get go. Gensokyo has been in danger quite a few times but never the whole world. Its more the idea that the entire world would go on spinning and not care that Gensokyo was gone was the threatening part of most of those plots. Having the stakes so high from the start (and in a gacha game of all things no less) kinda felt out of place.

no, I got Sakuya and I like Sakuya so I kept her. I didn't get Youmu until the end of Yuyuko's banner, and I had just pulled Yuyuko, so I maxed Yuyuko first, then Youmu.

Youmu's LW feels like it hits like a wet noodle compared to Yuyuko though, even with all her yin/yang ups. I guess Yuyuko's SP up and Accuracy up skills do a lot more for her.

Nah. Originally, yuyuko didn't have 5 Yang atk up. Her lw was bugged and dealt too much dmg with 1p. So, they fixed that bug, hand out 600 pink cubes, and gave her 5 yank atk up instead.

Yuuka can do it solo but it is not a 100% chance of victory because one of the enemies in wave 1 has a chance to survive too long if Yuuka's passive attack boost does not trigger. Even with 2 limit broken cards on her first 2 spells the enemy can sometimes just barely surive them, causing Yuuka to run out of spells to early. This only applies to full auto of course. With some manual inputs she will win all the time.
