That's what I'm arguing against, it's not all the same. They do have originality. There are many cases of the west copying Japan's literature or films even. Japanese literature is well regarded.
As for all the content being the same that's pretty intentional in the case of manga/light novels etc. It's similar to how ancient roman theatre made use of stock characters so everyone knows a lot about a character with very little introduction. It's common in popular media stuff, you just have to look to more serious literature if you want to find more unique things.

The way this anime depicts introverts as freaks of nature that should be forced to "live" the way everyone else "lives" their life just because introverts are simply not "living it" is extremely irritating. As an introvert myself, I love to spend time alone and that's not a bad thing, being overwhelmed with attention is not good, it's stressful. Also, enjoying time alone doesn't mean that introverts don't like to interact with others, in fact, I do like it when I hang out with my friends, but they understand when I don't want to hang out. People shouldn't be afraid of saying "no" to others, those who respect your decision are true friends, those who don't aren't worth your time. Now, I understand that the young Japanese population is very shy and need an incentive to open themselves to others, but there's a difference between giving a small push and straight up force your way into their lives. I highly doubt ANYONE would like it if someone they're not interested in, forces their way in and overwhelms their life by being extremely annoying, pushy and clingy, the last thing they'll achieve is to be a part of their lives.

This is not a new idea, but recently I recommended this to one of my native Japanese students to help in her English self-introductions. Seeing how well it worked for her first attempt, I thought it'd be a good reminder in this subreddit about how useful this method can be in the other direction.

TEDx Talks tend to be short presentations on a single topic with a speaker talking at a slow, even pace regardless of the language used. In addition, on YouTube many tend to have the Transcript accessible which can be copy/pasted into a text document. As such, TEDx Talks give by Japanese speakers can be a useful tool for your speaking practice.

Steps to help.

Here's a playlist of nearly 1000 TEDx talks in Japanese.
Consider videos that have presenters that match how you would like to speak in Japanese (could be personality, gender, age, etc).
Check if the Transcript is available (usually it's the "..." by the "SAVE" link) to use. You should be able to highlight the text to copy it.
Don't just try to match what they say, but also how they say it physically with gestures and movements.
