Alright, not OP but: How'd Touhou go if ZUN pulled a Nasu (who refused to use Japanese heroes in F/SN save Sasaki) and set Gensokyo in an European fairy realm?

Main characters can be a knight and nun. Enemies include trickster boggart girl, extremely myopic cockatrice girl with glasses who can't petrify people unless they come pretty much face-to-face with her, kelpie (or nix) girl in a bikini that delights in throwing people to water, cold emotionless golem girl and her Jewish rabbi master and so on.

Titania could be Yukari equilavent.
