"Christian youkai" is a tricky topic Christendom is a very big place containing many different cultures, each of which have their own distinct folkloric traditions. You would have Celtic youkai (faeries), Germanic youkai (elves), Nordic youkai (trolls), etc. And of course, these folkloric traditions, although influenced by Christianity, are descended from pagan roots.

The closest thing to Christian youkai would be angels and demons. At first I figured that they wouldn't work because the Bible doesn't go into enough detail on them (meaning that they're also up for culturally varied interpretation), but I guess there are extrabiblical angelogical and demonological traditions that flesh them out significantly. The real issue is that both already have a place to stay if humans don't believe in them in the same way that Yuyuko and Eiki don't actually need to hang out in Gensoukyou because they live in the netherworld and higan, respectively.
