WoW was a decent game. Was. Once the expansions hit the game is no longer enjoyable to me or many of my friends. Aion, at least for now, is something new and refreshing. The PvP is nice where you can start rifting with friends into enemy territory and actually work for your kills unlike WoW where you either steamroll kids in BGs or steamroll arenas (or get steamrolled depending on if you're a flavour of the month class or not. Skill doesn't matter anymore).

As I said it's something new. WoW is old, repetitive and boring. Aion offers a different style of PvP, in both the Abyss and general rifting into enemy territory. You actually have to work together with your group to take people down. The models look nice and overall it's an enjoyable experience, at least it has been for me.

It helps if you actually played the game before you slag it off. Whilst the Abyss point system does offer limited rewards at the highest ranks it doesn't mean there's no alternatives. Crafting actually plays a role in the game and PvE drops are actually good in PvP so even if you don't get the rank 18 Abyss shit that only 1 person can get it's not like you're missing out. And wings upgrades have only come at a price so far so it's not like they mean much other than looking cool and offering more flight time.

It's hard to say. Nearly all end game armour is really 2 pieces of armour. Out of combat you'll just have a normal costume whereas in combat your armour gains special effects and such. So whilst some armour may make you out to look like a total slut out of combat you look like a fucking brick wall in combat.

I get easily enough to support new consoles/PC parts/subscriptions and still have more than enough to pay some money to my parents for electricity/internet etc. All I have to do is go to an office once a month and sign my name, shit is so cash.
