While changes to the fc2 site needs to go through an approval process that's not exactly public, a Github-based resources page, while you can still restrict changes to only one or a few people involved, allows for all pull and change requests to be fully viewable by anyone.

You can even fork and make your own list out of the existing resources, if the original for whatever reason didn't update anymore.

(though a major downside of Github is that it's not exactly intuitive out of the box)
