I agree. Having played the demo, the graphics are improved, the gameplay feels a lot better and the tag team feature seems like a natural addition. The voiceacting (yes it has voiceacting) doesn't suck too horribly, as well (at least for Rin and Saber. I kinda worry about how they'll do with Shirou, Noriyaki has a rather distinctive voice after all).

But yes, its balanced well-enough that other characters now stand a chance against the higher tiered chars. To utilize the brokeness of Mishimas, you need to learn how to fucking EWGF/Wavedash/Lightdash/mix-ups/etc.
