Minyami gets consistent work with all the gacha stuff she does, not to mention ZLS2 is airing this year, but most discussion for that will probably end up in the main seiyuu thread.
Mayu had a streak for the back end of last year where she did a lot of stage-reading stuff, she even wrote her own script and had a cast perform it around mid last year. She has consistent radio shows too, at least three big ones but maybe one more.

Ai-chan just finished her role in that stageplay about schoolkids killing each other, she's also been continuing her baseball show for quite a while now.
Kaya really hasn't done much recently, which is a shame because she's got the talent to do so much more.
Miyu most does stuff for her bushi role, but also does DJ work on the side, she's great at it and is doing consistent performances for things like Omotenashi Beats.
Nanamin does the im@s stuff I mentioned, in addition to regular seiyuu work every now and again. Of course, both her and Minyami have their role in prichan too.

how do I get into aikatsu?
bear in mine, my knowledge of the franchise is that KoroAzu voiced a main character at some point, and that I recognise Kaaya from her stardust group.

You start with episode 1 and end with episode 178.
CG is very rough at first, but it improves quickly enough.
If you just want to get into the franchise Aikatsu Planet starts this weekend, but the original show is very recommended.

The first season with Ichigo is the recommended start as as every other season draws from it in one way or the other.
Stars is a much more drama focused season.
Friends has a much smaller cast and is hits you with yuri undertones pretty hard.
Parade is the wacky crossover season with some additional youtube shorts so watch it last.
