In Touhou, hell is "infinite" so going to Gensokyo for was probably like getting into your car and driving across the block considering she's stated as one of the overseers of Eiki's organization.
Since others like Hades and Anubis (though strictly just the underworld) exist, I would assume they hold nearly the same level of authority as her as fellow overseers of the underworld. Given what is said about Hell, and the fact that Former Hell exists, there's more than enough to be taken and used for future material if ZUN wants to expand on it. Pretty much anything goes. Either way, Heck will remain my favorite alongside Eiki from their portion of the known universe. Komachi is maximum comfort though. She's cool.

Hesiod circlejerked the FUCK out of Hecate because allegedly, she was his city state's patron goddess. In the Theogony, Hecate is exceptionally gifted (literally) by her ancestors with power over the earth, sky and seas and after the Titanomachy, was allowed by Zeus to keep these and gave solely her portions of all three while giving his siblings only one of the three (the sea going to Poseidon and the earth going to Hades while he kept the sky to himself).
