Eientei bunnies: Militant humanoid bunnygirl retainers to the throne or pint-sized trouble-making lagomorphs? Something in between? Discuss.

Eientei Bunnies can kill servants.

not only will he kill her, but he'll have his way with her at least once before getting around to it.

Who cares?
Eientei is shit.

Well I guess Reisen qualifies as militant.

The canon says they're like in IotM&E, but I like the interpretation in OP too.

Variable.
On one end, you got the regular earthen Eientei bunnies who are basically humanoid animals with rabbit level intelligence, and don't have much in the way of schemes or priorities for that matter. From the look of it in the games, they tend to have human features.
On the far other end you got high ranking lunar rabbits like Reisen, who are pretty much bunny eared Russian commandos raised on black pudding, Red Bull and baby fingers.
Somewhere in the middle you have ancient earth rabbits like Tewi, tiny but smart. Since Tewi is the only one around in that category, it's hard finding a direct comparison.
