Oni are prevalent near that area. The oni in the recent Lotus chapter gave us insight to how big the male oni are, so Yuugi is probably just a dick sized onahole to them. We only have that to go on, but I would rather believe that the one we saw there was one of those mega huge oni, after all, Kasen (even though said to look juvenile) is small, even as a full oni. Suika is tiny, and Yuugi is a giant amongst giants.
