Easier to give Touhou's I don't like, but I'll play.

For the moment, until I can think of better combinations its (and not in any order):

Yukari
Ran
Chen
Mokou
Keine

Mokou and Keine are the perfect combination of loving HEALTHY teacher who is both intelligent and perhaps the nicest Touhou in terms of her actions and intentions, then Mokou who is hot blooded, a reverse-trap with a tomboy attitude and death fights with the woman she hates. Keine also has perhaps my favourite silly hat in all Gensokyo, Mokou does trousers better then Wriggle and fuck-able hair.

The Yakumo family are also pretty awesome, from HEALTHY Yukari and Ran, to adorable Chen. Yukari is awesome for her JUST AS RANNED action, playful attitude and round about way of thinking, both in planning and her gap use. Ran is great for her motherly attitude, loving care and hard work. Not to mention TAIL SO GOOD. Chen is adorable for her playful cat like attitudes, sweet personality and hugable looks.

Other Touhous are pretty good too, but they aren't fresh enough in my mind. Some of them are better when you ignore the fan alterations to their character (like Alice's Shanghai doll is just a facet of Alice's personality, she controls all her dolls completely which makes her creepy as fuck) but whatever. Done.

Friendly teacher in the human village, also human. Or, at least, most of the time. Largely depicted as having large breasts.

4) Meiling

Friendly gate guard at the SDM. Likely about as smart as a bag of donuts but, well, she tries. Largely depicted as having breasts as well.

3) Reisen

Stepping into the real of animal eared women, Reisen is one of the more stable personalities in Gensokyo, if a little erratic and dangerous to see eye to eye. Also usually depicted with large(ish) breasts. Added bonus of being surrounded by some of the most entertaining characters.

2) Ran

Another animal eared woman, another dependable, stable woman and a relatively busy worker as well. Possible lolicon, but Rantails are almost irresistable. Surprise, normally also depicted with large breasts.

Sakuya just interacting with the SDM and outsiders is nice. Really it's more of the Scarlet Devil Mansion in general, but Sakuya generally ties them all together like how Eirin ties together the lunarians. Plus, DRAWN BRA.
