It's basically just taking out that 10 seconds of time. Only the results remain which is why you'll still be walking and end up to your destination or bullets will still hit. Just nothing in between remains. It's pretty in line with the boss's mentality of how he only wants results.

All very true. I don't like the renaming of the entire Martial Arts chapter in the new patch, though. Sengazenken was a cool name; I can't get attached to Xian Shin Shan Quan or whatever it is.

Before even pitching a character for this powerlevel circlejerk you have to first see if the character meets the upper requirements.

Goku (from DBZ) might be several billion times stronger than The Flash, but because The Flash has the time travel gimmick he wins by default. Anybody that has the power to interact/manipulate the higher dimensions (e.g. 4th, 5th, and 6th, dimensions) are in a different league.

TTGL, for example, has the ability to manipulate probability (e.g. the 5th dimension) so even if it was fighting against something that was stronger than it, it could in theory manipulate its chances of victory. Not to mention it has the ability to interact with the 6th and 7th dimension, meaning that it has the ability to attack the past, present, and future. What's to stop Simon from sending a giant drill to the past to kill [insert opponent's mother].

I've always thought that was a bit cheap when discussing powerlevels. We're talking about character vs. character not character vs. character's mother. And then we get into time paradoxes, theories on how time would correct itself to have the character still exist, and other crazy things.

No. You can full-on harm them with ANYTHING in their corporeal form so long as you hit them with sufficient force.

If you want someone with an even stronger "powerlevel" than TTGL, there is always Ged from the Earthsea books.

Ged who in the Earthsea books is an Archmage is someone who can practically do almost anything and is almost allknowing in the regard that he knows everything about things he deems worthy of knowing.

If he knows the name of someone/something he has complete control over it/them and if he wants to know the name of someone/something that he does not know the name of he can instantly learn their name through the use of magic.
And if you are saying stuff like TTGL can kill him(or any of his relatives) in order to get an instant win, that argument is also null because of the fact that Ged is almost allknowing and has knowledge from the future and will know beforehand if someone is trying to harm him and can stop an attempt to attack the past because Ged has total control over time as well.

Face it, TTGL has nothing against Ged xD.

I would like to think Ged would have enough sense to just leave the damned thing alone and avoid confrontation. The easiest solution is usually the best one.

I guess that in order to be able to compete with someone at Ged's level they would need to be practically all knowing and be able to have complete control over some things.

Ged could be rivaled by someone else who also is all knowing and has controll over time and things he knows the names of. It would be an awesome battle of wits including some major elements of morphing/re-shaping reality and so on.
