Which was that game were you have a 'fear' indicator and when it gets 100% complete your character can't move nor see?

I just thought about it since a 'new' terror game uses a similar thing, except that is a 'sanity' indicator and that the main character kills himself when it's filled.

Although, my mistake, Fatal Frame isn't really like Silent Hill due to lack of action. Although, I've always thought it is much better if you want to be kept at the edge.
