Rudolf's sin is sloth. This is represented by his laid back demeanor and his fight with Belphegor in EP3. He's a guy who would rather do shady stuff, scam people and move outside the law than put honest work and effort into his business. He's a crook. It's the definition of laziness. And this sin is what fucks over his company when his schemes and dirty practices catch up with him. Hell, this is also the reason he did that with the babies, too lazy to man up and deal with two households. He'd rather pull some strings and clean his hands off the whole mess.

Kyrie's sin is envy, obviously. This is made clear in the story, and it's also the reason she fucks over her sister. She was envious of her freedom and decided to steal it away from her.

Rosa's sin is pride. She has anger issues and sleeps around with men, but the root cause of her problems is her pride. She is ashamed of Maria's weirdness and tries to beat the aspergers out of her. She's too prideful to admit Maria needs special treatment, because it would mean she's somehow "defective". So instead of hiring a babysitter, arranging for a special needs teacher or visiting a psychologist, she ignores the problem and beats the shit out of her hoping it will fix her childish behavior. This is why she dies inside every time someone even remotely implies Maria isn't acting like her age. She's too prideful.

Literally no one else is better suited for those sins. All the adults engage in multiple sins, but the root cause of their problems AND their other sins, are these.

There's also the nature of his career and the way he handles it. As an investor, Krauss naturally doesn't do a lot of work himself, instead using his money to fund other's exploits in the hopes he'll make a profit should they succeed. Yet it's mentioned that Krauss doesn't have enough confidence in his foresight, making it difficult for him to commit to his investments in the long run.

Rudolf's lust and Rosa's anger are some of the main attributers to their relationships with their children going sour.

I think the best evidence of Hideyoshi being gluttony actually comes from the circumstances leading to his financial trouble. Gluttony also refers to things like overindulgence and hastiness. The whole reason Hideyoshi's company is in trouble to begin with is because he rushed into making it stock listed and then had his feet swept out from under him. Said company also just happens to be deal with the food industry. There are also other small tidbits here and there that further show his "gluttonous" behavior, like the time when he tried to forcibly grab Maria's letter from her, or the fact that he's quick to lend out spending money to children.

Why do they give Battler blue eyes in the PS3 sprites? Colored eyes were associated with magic characters (who had fully colored eyes and sometimes no pupils to emphasize their otherworldliness). Others like Maria or Ange had a little bit of magic and had some really dark shade of blue or purple, mixed in with the black. But normal humans had black eyes in general. Hell, even Kinzo did, which made his young sprite, old man sprite and Battler look consistent with each other.

Honestly, what can they do? Posting it first doesn't mean it's yours. If you post to pixiv first and then someone posts it to their twitter before you do, you're fucked. Or if someone uploads works from before you started using twitter. Anyone can edit a picture with their signature or @ too, there's literally no way to accurately fix the issue.

The PS3 script is censored, so Ryu clearly doesn't give much of a fuck about it. He just let them do whatever to make the characters more generically appealing and create crappy Maria CGs to attract the Higurashi anime audience. The console versions of Higurashi are even worse because entire long ass scenes are cut from the last few arcs for censorship reasons. It's just a way to make money that tramples all over the original work, so why bother correcting their mistakes?

The PS3 patches are created by westerners (who are doing a disservice to the fandom). Japs do not use them, they just play the censored PS3 versions or the original soulful versions.
