Well Flandre was the only one that I really sat down and tried, I always get discouraged with the other extras because I die so much even before even starting the fight. I do die too with Flandre's stage but only once most of the time, I usually get hit more than that on the other extras. Yukari's stage comes to mind, damn that fucking stage.

I dunno, maybe one of these days I'll try to pick another extra to clear. I'm thinking of going with Ran and make them in order, but I like to know what is ahead too.

Yukari's only difficult spellcard is Boundary of Life and Death, that is, you need to position yourself PERFECTLY, I mean, PERFECTLY, time the moments you will start/stop shooting and know beforehand where and when to move. Also, Yukari, Mokou and Koishi's spellcards, or at least most of them, are either figuring out the trick or staying still doing minor movements. Flandre and her extra stage in general, on the other hand, being from an older game, is more "random bullet spam" based. To understand this, think of some of the spellcards or non-boss bullets. Kagome-Kagome, for example. Yeah, there is a general area where you need to stay, but it's not like you can dodge the green bullets doing the same movements in every try. The lack of visible hitbox doesn't help much either.

Makes sense, I have a hard time figuring out the "tricks" for the spellcards. Flandre's cards weren't that much of a problem since most of her cards are random based, as you said, so my own dodging skill helped me through it. But in the other extras since you need to know exactly where to be and when to move, I end up failing because I simply do not know how to proceed.

Well, Youtube and replay watching should help me with this, but I don't really like resorting to that.
