Actually, it is. You you beat it on Lunatic with Alice and Marisa on Lunatic and get S rank for every stat, you get a special scene at the end of the game.

"Mystical Chain" is a doujin action game borrowing the theme
from Team Shanghai Alice's "Touhou Project".

The sole objective of the game is to destroy all enemies.
Use any 2 characters from Marisa, Alice and Patchouli to
leave no enemy on the screen standing.

@EThe bar decreases as you receive enemy attacks, and the
character will faint when it turns red.
The game is over if both characters are fainted.

@EThe light blue number under the life bar. The glowing points
around the player also displays the value.
@ESpecial actions consume these points. The points regenerate
at a fixed time/amount ratio.
@EThese points are also used when using Dash Cancels, Partner
Cancels, all other types of Cancels, and all characters'
custom skills.
@EThe maximum amount you can stock increases by 1 per chapter.

žMagic Power(MP)
@EThe unique gauge below the life bar.
@ESpellcards, Magic Attacks, Supports and large-scale magic
skills consume this.
@EIncreases as you deal damage or take hits. You can stock up
to 3 gauges at a time.
