I don't think it's going to be very organized but probably slightly more organized than that 2007 video.
Dance etiquette, at least in the states, stuff like that always takes a long time to actually work out, think of any musical movement, hippies, punks, ska, hardcore. All these communities spent years perfecting dancing etiquettes, I just don't think you can import what goes on in Japan.
Whether its a good or bad thing, I'm not sure. The question I think to ask is, as a band, does Morning Musume enjoy the crowd to get involved in that manner? Do they feel discouraged when it doesn't happen.
How did the crowds dance in Taiwan and South Korea, was it the same?
Will the asian community/wota impose the same type of dance at the expo, its all interesting stuff if you ask me.

To be honest I think the best atmosphere for an initial Musume concert in the states would be at a rave.
