Just unzip to your Air folder and it should work. Don't know how much is translated in this thing, wiki says 39%. Enjoy.

It's currently being translated, and they often release beta patches at http://g.applehq.eu/lb/
The newest is http://g.applehq.eu/files/lb-english-2009.04.01.exe
Three things need to be said, though;
1. It doesn't translate all that much, although it's enough to get you addicted
2. The most recent patch freezes at some point
3. Whenever you install a newer patch, all of your saves are lost. There's a workaround, though; save at the end of a day, backup the script file of that date and the gameexe.ini, install the patch, then put the script and gameexe back. Then you can load your save and the next day will use the newer files.
