Hey everyone, I was doing some sleuthing on the official initial release date of fumos, and according to the official angeltype blog as archived here https://web.archive.org/web/20110715202301/http://angeltype.under.jp/
reimu and marisa (which according to this predate inusakuyas initial release by over 9 months) were officially released on the 10th of August, 2008. Making August 10th unofficially Fumo Day.

I have the Yuyuko one and it's alright. It's only like 60-65% huggably soft, but it is soft and certainly of acceptable quality for what I paid for it.

Depends a lot on which one. Most shouldn't be more that $100 total, but some are rare and won't be so cheap. A great price is retail, at about $40. Basically, it costs as much as people are willing to pay. Find some finished auctions for the ones you want, that should give you an idea of what you might expect to pay.

I was able to get an order in. I don't think they are doing this as a normal allow orders and then stop allowing them when they are out of stock. It seems like they are trickling in orders, allow orders in the stopping and then allowing some in. I was up at the time and even after all the japs on twitters said they couldn't order, I got 2 orders in after refreshing occasionally.

It's just luck and timing.
