Not necessarily. We don't know how old Reimu is precisely.

Personally I've always figured PC-98 all happened in about a year or maybe two, and that Reimu was as young as 6 or 7 at the time (6 years olds are surprisingly full of personality). 7 or 8 by the time of EoSD, which would make her at "most" 25 with these generous estimates.

I remember reading a good non-H where Reimu lost her powers because she got too old.

Also if you assume PC-98 wasn't hyper condensed and happened in real time, and HRtP Reimu was 6 years old (5 is a bit too young; most kids are still sort of not all there at 5), then with Reimu being 6 in 1996, that would make her 30 this year.

My headcanon, given I'm pretty sure PC-98 takes place over a condensed period of time and I assume there was indeed a year or two between Mystic Square and EoSD (I wouldn't say much longer than that, but who knows), is that Reimu is somewhere between 26 and 28 years old right now.

If you really want to get into, it, 2012 was when FS debuted, wherein Reimu is treated as an adult and carries herself as an adult compared to Kosuzu and actual children in the manga. If Reimu was, say, 20 at the start of FS (that's a usual young adult age: no longer a teenager) that would make her 28 now.
