After following those instructions now I seem to be able to go a bit further but I'm encountering lots of missing pics.
I'm trying to see if copying and renaming some pictures will allow me to go further.

Well, fuck this shit, I'm tired of starting THE GAME just to find that there's another png that it can't find, and then having to restart the psp connect to PC copy a png, rename it to whatever the name of the last png that it couldn't find and finding that a new png hasn't been found.
The sun is already out and I have yet to sleep.
If when I wake up this thread is till alive I'll keep trying.

download from kene-touhou-mohofu site the binary.zip and install it to the GAME folder
↓
download from 4shared the beta0319.zip and overwrite the binary in the GAME folder
↓
etc

you can get all those files from >>2359245 but you'll still get the 12side.png image missing error.
If you put an image with that name in the folder you'll then get badblocks.png not found error, followed by:
badguy.png
bgpanel2.png
bonus_h.png
boss01-lo.png
boss02_v2.png
boss02_v2x.png
etc.
So I gave up and was trying to get the LUA one to run but I don't know how.
