Some isos are fucking weird and won't mount with certain programs.
My steps to not have to use some dodgy iso program with an even dodgier crack have always been
1. Try mounting normally with Windows built in shit (if this doesn't work neither will WinCDEmu or 7zip)
2. If it came with an mds file rename the iso's filetype to mdf and try mounting the mds
3. Try mounting with virtual clone drive
4. Try extracting with WinRAR
5. Use AnyBurn on the mdf file to turn it into an iso
Most shit that doesn't work straight away only gets to step 3, never had anything fail on step 5 yet.
