I’m intermediate Japanese, but this seems incorrect. You need the counter for “times”, which is usually “回“ for an occurrence. I’m thinking you should also use “て” form with the verbs to convey this idea as well. Also the verb to get up you used I believe is more commonly used to say “get up” as related to getting up from sleep. The get up you would use to get up after a fall would more accurately be “立ち上がる“. So I think it should be 7回転んだら八回立ち上がって” . This is more saying “if you fall seven times get up 8”. If you want to just say “fall seven times get up 8” the
