Just realized the collab event in Tokyo Necro doesn't even have real 5* drops in anything, there's only the plans, which have been dropping 1 per 3 runs (one 3x) but you need 50 of those things to get one glove. I really don't know if they're trying to make it harder for established players to finish multiple 30/30 weapons or make it ass for everyone else to even finish one.

Long post because I've been playing Circlet Princess daily for a while and can sort of see its slo-mo downfall.

The good:
Cute 5 main characters who deserve headpats.
Funny and entertaining main story/early event stories.
Clean, pleasant, and refreshing user interface and music.

The bad:
Some lower rarity cards look pretty low budget even for this niche game category.
Main story characters until now didn't have H scenes.
Party arrangement UX is frustrating with too many clicks needed.

The ugly:
I think the game's battle system is inherently flawed. Each party has 20 characters, each with different skills that intertwine into a complex mess of buffs that make the game incredibly difficult to balance.
With the right skill combinations, damage multipliers would stack up enough to make a "weak" team of low rarity cards strong enough to beat a supposedly "strong" team of high rarity cards in the PVP Arena. The limit break system exacerbates this problem because upping the stats of common cards is so easy compared to rarer ones. If "weak" cards can be so strong, and with the game's generosity with free jewels, there's no need to pay money for gacha.

Recent updates that make event grinding more difficult have put more pressure on the player base to spend money on gacha. But this newest 6 star card also throws a new wrench into the system with another seemingly game-breaking skill. It feels like an extreme measure in attempt to pull in some positive numbers for the company.

Staff has been slow to react to business-crippling game design and players will want to find every reason to not open their wallets.

There's a couple of us around, but the grind is definitely real. And I've had to find what works for me, since I'm a FTP leech.

I just save up the blue spheres you get as drops for clearing lower level bosses and exchange them in the boss shop for the T3 materials. I usually get 3-4 of them for S-ranking level 10 bosses.

You have to pick a pair to focus on and only attack one at a time. That way even if you do proc their passives, everyone else was at max HP anyway so it only sets you back a bit for the one you're working on.

Going with the other anon, it would help to know what you have. I assume you mean the 2019 Evo Hanabi, and she can help, but you'll have to be careful about the stun on her first skill. If you're using her, then remember to use her attack buff before using her third skill and see if you can put enough of a dent in their HP with that to drop one before their passives kick in. Honestly, don't worry so much about debuffs or whatever. The important thing is to focus fire one down. If you're properly leveled, they shouldn't be able to out-heal you. The trick is to make sure you have your own healer (that starter 2019 Kaori if nothing else) to keep you from getting stalled out by them while you slowly whittle them down.

She has a narrow niche in killing large swarms of bulky enemies that appear in densely packed waves, and tower is filled with just that. She's like a burst-ier Tenma, but she has more bulk so she won't die instantly from all the ranged damage, and innate healing means you can omit healers for higher score. Her revival timer meshes well with her SAW cooldown, so you can drop her, mow down one wave, let her die and revive, and mow down another.

She's great in Geomancer, Kimaris, golem maps if you're careful not to wake the bigger golems, that fire map with tons of dragons etc. Alongside other reliable AoE sources like Tenma and Dine, she's almost custom-built for Tower and a good pick for any map.

Nope, use everything. Don't be afraid of the debuffs. The gauge reduction on her skills will keep their turns from coming up for their passives to kick in. Give her a speed orb if you've got a good one so that her turns come up often.

You can use dupes in the same team in kanpani so that's an option I guess. With how strong and limited raid rings are right now I think only like EX Nona and maybe EX Sieg would be viable without the rings though.

Personally I just hold onto them for now, but I'm sitting on like 20k feathers and I have all of the non limited characters so I don't have a big need for feathers.

You can max level tavern within a 1-2 hours if you rush it with gems. And buy all slots, yes.
Before rolling fill those slots with your highest level characters(profession doesnt matter) and create a banner for needed class in tavern, otherwise tavern wont work at all.

This Ryza collab seems pretty garbage so far compared to previous ones. The alchemy leveling system is terrible since you can pretty easily spend all of your bread and not actually get any of the 1 random item they want you to collect. On top of that you can't actually make anything decent with the alchemy synths. To top it off the event shop seems to be a complete pay only thing right now.

I just started tokyo necro because I belatedly heard about the Muramasa collab, managed to get her with the starting rolls. From what I hear on the wiki/youtube videos it seems she'll be pretty useless without extra copies though. Is there anything I should try to get from the event in particular? I doubt I'll manage to gather much panties in the time I have left, so any pointers will be much appreciated. As of now I'm just completely relying on the support member to clear everything basically.

You should spend time farming chips so you can level her, or maybe consider using panties to get the 3rd tier chips (except purple). Whether or not you want to get four more copies of her is up to you, you should have enough s-material leniency to try but it can be horrible.
There are 10 gacha tickets in the exchange and you may want the red drinks. If you get the MC, you'll also want to get his four memory cubes so you can eventually max him out, since maxing out someone gives ~1500 s-material or so, depending on their rarity. He'll also help with drop bonus. The orange skill things are optional, only necessary if you intend to use him.

Otherwise, you'll want all 5-star weapons and especially the 5-star quality kit exchanged with shimapan. They're fairly rare, so don't use it on the event weapon. The blue cards are for a weapon drop stage, but I don't know how awful they made determining drops this time.

Basically, each character can equip a main weapon that corresponse to their type and sub-weapons which can be any type. You can get one copy and it will work just fine but the real power comes in upgrading it via copies so that it will power up and become stronger. Each weapon can be raised to a +30 version but it's very expensive.

More. Thanks to the Quality system, which is raised from dupes or kits. For example, Muramasa's gloves, both at level 100

It's even more absurd for some gacha weapons, so you save quality kits for those.
On the other hand, these gloves have Counter on their subskill, which some feel is a subskill worth keeping a bunch of to use as subs. If you end up only getting 2~3, I wouldn't even bother using them for quality.

It's only something to worry about if you want to rank for raids or easily clear challenge quests. There's also a point grind event style where drops are easier to get, most don't recommend grinding for weapon drops in these drop events.

Tower 6 was hard until i just put Frederica in the boosted ranged slot. As SHG she can reach all spawnpoints and nuke everything up until the last wave. As support i used Elmira, placed her near the middle a bit to the right. The last wave is brutal if you dont have Kuruma to stealth your formation. I used Wendy and Ingrid, placed them under steahlth right into the ufo wave. On the right a single Demon Summoner can take care of everything. Didn't need Rinne, Shengpo or Zombie for a change.

I have so many silvers I don't even remember the last time I had to farm them. The problem for me is that it takes too many clicks to do it. If you could choose units directly from storage it would be much easier on my soul.
That said, I only bother leveling/AW very few units because honestly most of them suck in terms of gameplay and I'm not playing for unvoiced h scenes (I think I actually skipped them all). I should probably still do it for the crystals you get with the extra scenes but the idea of never using those units... If I did I'd probably be starved for orbs before I run out of anything else.

It really does hurt to only have dragon shamans for that. And there's not a whole lot you can do to dedicate any of them to it. Rubinas has a toggle if you don't SAW her, but that's it. The rest can only attack with skill up. And by "the rest" I mean two units. One of which is Echidna, who is honestly better off being pseudo dragon-B.Iris with her SAW so she won't be slinging fireballs anyway. As a race, dragons are looking a lot better these days, but they still need some serious work.

The end goal of tower is to push your score as high as you can so even if a unit isn't strictly better than another if it can get the job done and costs less UP it's a better unit for tower. Thus plat Solais is going to be better for tower in most of the time since their skill set is extremely similar while costing less UP.

Not really. Black rarity Hero units reduce the attributes of enemy heroes in the tower by 50% when on your team. Plats only do 40%. Think of it as compensation for the higher cost.

If you want a video guide just look up the tower page on the wiki and paste the floor name into youtube.

But generally the tower is pretty high end content if you're trying to do 90k+ runs and it'll be nigh impossible to do so on some floors without specific units so don't be surprised if you keep on getting your ass handed to you. A lot of the floors have lots of swarms though so strong aoe units are good to have. Also level the plat Astrologer you get as a free unit from floor 1 because she's busted.

As always it'll be easier to give advice if you post your units.

I wouldn't say that. It's more of she's better for youtube whales who have fully optimized teams and just about every unit sitting at 99 who're playing with the goal of making a vid with the biggest number.

I whaled pretty hard when I used to play which is part of why I stopped so figured my roster could cover. I'm just playing it like a chimp I guess. Tried to find the tower page on wikia to figure out vids for higher scores or to understand about the scores themselves so I could maximize gains.

You're going to get 100 free rolls as soon as the anniversary hits, 10 won't make much of a difference.
At least 3 levels on Solais are needed if you follow some of the low unit yt videos, due to the cooldown reduction.

They show up in one of the missions; think that's the only reason. 2x should apply, but the event doesn't have their Bonboris.
