OP, I'd recommend you start on either Perfect Cherry Blossom or Imperishable Night. Perfect Cherry Blossom has a fairly good system to it, and isn't too difficult compared to the other games, and Imperishable Night is pretty easy even on normal difficulty.

When you think you've got a feel for danmaku, play whatever the hell you want.
