Last purchase was the Virgin Age Graduation and R20 from ToysHeart.
The VAG is much better than the VAA, the extra length makes a big difference. That being said, the R20 is my favorite ToysHeart product yet. the recommended stuff i see is "white" mineral oil, which is basically just really pure stuff. you can get it in bulk in a few places for pretty cheap, but a doll isnt going to use as much as you may think unless you are washing it in a tub with strong soap constantly, then you got other problems to deal with.
TPE dolls should generally be oiled every 3m or so, more often if you feel the need or less often if you think its not needed as much. you will get a better idea on time period the longer you have one.

mineral oil is also somewhat antimicrobial in that nothing can live in it.
