I'm not the usual TL anon(s). I tried translating sentence for sentence as I read along Chapter 1 and I give up like the 5th paragraph in. I can understand it, but I can't translate it into coherent legible English language, not that I didn't expect this. Shame since I understood 80-90% of Pantheon's prologue. I don't wanna risk translating and make the writing more confusing for people. The rest is up to you, usual tl anon(s).

Another anon wrote up a quick summary so I thought I'd summarise some of the lore given out throughout the first chapter

Honestly, we don't know how long Forge Dad has been around. We know that there was mention that an aspect of Mithra's law involved the flipping of Good and Evil upon one defeating the other, so there might have been a victory at one point in the past that caused a massive flip and expansion that makes Forge Dad into a Demon King. Before that, there might not have been a need or reason for planetary travel.

In the Pantheon scenario, Kouha mentioned that Muzan will be in charge of "leading" Vahman Yast and the 7 Demon Lords, justifying that since he was that era's "hero" and Mithra isn't well liked by any of the 14.

So perhaps from Muzan's perspective, he has never considered any living being of his world an ally, but the same can't be said for the other 14 who may somewhere down the road come to understand/revere him? Or maybe they just really didn't like Mithra and prefers the one they dislike lesser.

I suppose they're like limbs or parts of a Hadou God. Legion God Eleanore attacking has the same weight the same as if Reinhard is attacking using her abilities.

If she gets defeated, Hadou God Reinhard is paying for the losses, so he's the one losing HP.

However if you look at Legion Gods individually, they still can't stand up to an actual Hadou God. So sending her alone against Snek with no backup is kind of like sending a disembodied hand to fight by itself.

You might count as having equal taikyoku to your boss, but you're still an underling and not a boss.
