We don't really know where this facility is at, but since all of the Warcats deployments are near Japan I think it's extremely unlikely the staff there speak Swedish, which means Gunhild's Kizuna translation app is what gets her the "Sir" and we know for a fact the results you get from that are very heavily influenced by your past experiences/ memories. But the character IS the author, in Beatrice's case quite a lot more literally than usual. And so you ask for discussion, and you receive it.

Beatrice's motivations are the "mystery of the series" but if what you yourself say is true, and reading our confessions means you'll never understand the truth, it also means you'll never understand Beatrice. So why bother asking?

So we had 20 tracks from the usual composers + some new faces and 13 royalty free tracks.
While it thought it was insane from Ryu to use royalty free tracks for a 40 bucks VN, I must admit most are pretty good and fitting. "To the land of a certain time" really had some dai flair, so I was quite surprised when I learned that it was the same composer for Beach track.

Calling the Shkannontrice solution "what saved the VN" doesn't really shine a good light on the way you feel about the work.
In my opinion, the mystery is nothing more than an accessory to the meta world, that you can use as an answer key to why some things were represented in one way or another.
To me the characters (non-existent ones included) and their reasonings are much more important than whatever happened in the prime timeline.

You're free to disagree with that and enjoy the 'puzzle' aspect of the story on your own, but at least don't lash out at people trying to find their own enjoyment in the side of the story you dislike.

Seshat heavily implies she sees the Order of the Holy Ark as traitors while discussing with Toujirou, just like the World Reset Cult does. Beforehand, when she goes to retrieve the Wisdom from a traitor from her own order, she explicitly tells that only "traitors call Wisdom, Wisdom". Implying very strongly that she view the Order of the Holy Ark as traitors, because that's literally the only faction shown to call those things Wisdom.

Don't make me find the exact quote. Reread Seshat's scenes attentively.

I had a thought about this. At the end of Apocalypse (for those who don't know, "Revelation" in greek), the entire world is completely replaced with a new one.
You could probably map the war-free VR world they discuss to the one in Revelation. That's probably how that all fits in. If you look at Revelation as the game rules, the Son is an important piece. Miyao will be that piece if the prophecy is realized. If blue Miyao gets him to kill himself, obviously he wasn't that piece, and the prophecy won't be realized at this time. Though, that all seems kind of straight-forward, so I imagine I'm missing something.
To get back to your question, though? The Messiah ushering in the literal Kingdom of God could be presented as the ultimate evil depending on who is doing the presenting. The people being cast into hell forever would certainly see it that way.

The Order of the Holy Ark is named by Seshat. That's where Toujirou's ex wife is. Toujirou's ex wife transcended death in order to do whatever she wants, on the side from the rest of the factions, but she's considered a traitor by Seshat.

Toujirou had seemingly no contact since she went doing her own things with her own Order and stuff.

Completely coincidentally, Takano also has transcended death. She's also doing whatever she wants, escaped from the other factions. She's studying a holy "hatch" that could contain anything. She's also seens a traitor and would be most unwilling to contact her ex-husband, too occupied with science.
