Does anyone else get a sinister vibe from her? The fact that she helps settle the score between the gangs but then right after wants to take their territory over for herself makes her feel like the kind of person to backstab you randomly. The plot is:
Animals are divided in yakuza-like (this is not exaggerating) factions who fight each other, there's one fourth faction, the weakest one, human spirits. On top of fighting each other the animals bully the humans.

One day the humans praied for salvation and Create! popped out, she has the power of creating idol armies that get stronger with human faith, on top of that they're immune to the animal due to being physical beings, so humans become fucking invincible and build their own Utopia. Which is that cyberpunk stuff you see in the latest stages.
Animals hate this because before that the land was natural stuff, also human are expanding now.

So as you can assume the three factions trick the protagonist into being a "hitman" and defeat the human leader for them.
In the extra stage, since the humans lost power, Miko's horse, the leader of one faction, decides that now that her only problem is gone she might as well conquer everything.

...And after fighting they all "get along" as usual.
