Whenever lots of stuff gets bumped, it's because some one is spamming and someone else (or the spammer) noticed their favorite threads are on page 10, and so they bump them, then others notice and bump their favorite (usually all the remaining shitposts like boobhu and marisa mom) threads. The other reason it happens is some general fag is trying to bump their old thread off and get to make the new one without a mod deleting it.

Occasionally someone really hates a thread and sees it on page 9 or barely on page 10 and tries furiously to bump it off, and then whines when it gets bumped to page 1.

There also hasn't been a lot of deleted virtual youtuber threads recently, they went wild sometime last year and peaked around the time that thread pissing on Kizuna Ai was around for a couple of weeks, but I've seen people bumping some threads from the bottom of the board with garbage posts even before that general has hit page 10, or their bumplimit which would be kind of redundant. I don't know why anons saying some idol is related to Virtual Youtubers, last I heard about someone who came from some seiyuu/idol background was someone from Yuru Yuri becoming a youtuber a year or two ago. Don't really think they have many idols, and even if they do I doubt anyone there cares about them. It just seems totally unrelated to me, especially when they had people making threads while one was already up just to spite some anon like children. If they were going to spam the board with threads they'd probably do it with some youtuber and not some completely random idol/seiyuu.

That, and if their general had someone autistic enough to ban evade, you'd still be seeing that one namefag spamming the entirety of /jp/ with "nice" and "lol" and "bamps" to this day.

I saw literally nothing about this in any of my dives into google and wikipedia, all I found was her twitter where she makes the kind of posts you'd find on a teenaged girls blog. The fact remains that's not her main schtick by any means. Nothing you said really convinces me of anything other then "she is a youtuber now", and it's pretty clearly just marketing for her idol group. On top of that you can clearly see how one image was posted a whole year earlier with the filename literally linking the site in question, probably some popular one but hell if I know. You can also see a link to him posting that picture in a thread for some "marinka" girl and if you search the archives again you can see some guy greentexting about her for half of the posts in the Seiyuu threads. If anything this only proves that this guy is someone who lurks the seiyuu threads given the fact he cared enough to shitpost in some idols thread in the middle of his thread-spamming, which you can't see literally anywhere else.

I'm not about to psychoanalyze a shitposter, but it only started sometime in the past month. You've seen one single post with the same filename from over a year before this autist started flooding the board, and you and I are given some literal no-one way too much attention debating if he's from the Seiyuu thread or the Virtual Youtuber thread. All I'm saying is if someone wanted to shit up the boards with youtuber thread spam, they'll logically do it with youtubers. And they have. Constantly. You can sort by deleted threads yourself and see it in minutes, ignoring the obvious unintenional duplicate threads if you choose to go deeper then the past month (which I didn't and won't blame you for not doing either). If this guy lurks both threads or not is a real mystery but even assuming he's posting in the virtual youtuber thread too he definitely reeks of the kind of hardcore seiyuu-obsessed autist you don't want to see on the jay.
