Eiki is not Enma by the way, she's just a yama. Enma is one of the 10 Kings of Hell. One of Matarajin's forms is Taizan Fukun. Taizan is also one of these 10 Kings. Taizan is the 2nd most important King, only below Enma. That's why he's Enma's "closest advisor". I doubt we'll see any yama, much less one of the 10 Kings, in WBaWC though since the plot deals more with oni and animal spirits. We might get a reference in-game or in the manga chapters serving as a prologue/epilogue to it though.
