The only problem with luck in games like that is the progression starts off extremely slow but once you get into the endgame it catches up rapidly. These aren’t traditional rpgs but games like Bloodborne and DS3 I remember have pretty useless luck/arcane at the start but becomes nigh unstoppable at the end.

If you can level luck so that it improves your chance, are you really relying on luck? It just becomes a stat names "luck" but is really more like "guarantee" if you get like 100% crit rate by getting it high enough.
