While this is valid, as the initial seeder, i am at minimum required to allocate 30gb(folder size) of bandwidth for the first seed. I dont know if that seeder can fill my upload pipe, hell he could download at 5kb/s because he has a shitty 1M/512K connection. That requires me to put many days in to seeding to one person. If i stop the upload and he reports it in the thread that the seeder is gone, everyone else wont even bother with the torrent since it isnt being seeded when that guy noticed it.
