I do the same, but I only have about 50 gigabytes. Mostly I only save scans of older material (before 2004 or so) and get incredibly picky about new stuff
I don't really care much about the eroticism either, I just really like old doujin art and non-h scans are stupidly rare.
I cannot even imagine managing a terabyte unless it's really high dpi scans

I put all the work safe stuff on a shelf. Well usually, a lot is just in boxes right now, but I just have a lot and no room on shelves at the moment. I guess the boxes organize it a bit, but usually it was just in a big mess. Doujinshi by the same artists or circles were next to each other usually though, sometimes organized by the touhou they include.

Porn doujinshis stay under my bed or in the closet though. Many times they get cut up and scanned so i can upload them to websites or my own collections, and then I just toss them out. That way there is no physical copies.

I download them once and delete them when I'm done. I have a few eromanga that I bought and store (hide) underneath my bookshelf, but those are the only ones I've kept. Porn isn't really worth keeping unless it's something hard to find and/or potentially contraband.
