This is a difficult choice. From the entire Touhou girls gang, I have several ones which I like a lot. When one comes to such a stalemate, ruling out is the thing to do (e.g. I personally would not choose Mystia or Wriggle as my favs)
Having Mokou as one of my favs (assuming that I must only choose 1), I like her because of her history, her status as ageless, and also because I imagine her temperament as similar to mine. Also, when thinking about her, I gain an assload of stamina
