Regular large ass is 16% at slv20 and 21% at slv30. Slv30 large pride is 15% ass at 100% HP, 21% ass at 70% HP and continue to grow further as your HP drop. Pride trounces the vast majorities of event weapons regardless of situations and is king when you have to manage HP, which's practically all hard content.

I thought I got an offbanner rainbow in this gacha followed by a big huh because I thought Holly was the 6* and pumpkin was a 5*.

With this I've accomplished my goal of 3 rainbows in one account but I still don't feel the spark that tells me "This is it!" so I guess my quest continues.

For single accounts, so far I got
Lotus, Pink, Festival Lantana, Maple, Herbaceous Peony, Sakura, Halloween Daisy, Japanese silver grass and Japanese apricot.

For multiples, I only have Reeves spirea, red ginger and now summer Pumpkin in one with Halloween daisy and Burning bush in the other one. I'm more partial to the second one in this so far so lets go how things evolve from here.
If the upcoming 6* ticket is a pick then I'll be able to achieve my perfect account but if its not then it'll be interesting to see what I get in each.

I took Farne to gift grinding because I didn't know what she did specifically aside from summon her tree to kill stuff

Yeah, range and AoE supplement each other that way (which is also why Tenma is so great, her mild range is extended by her enormous AoE). As for Farne, she doesn't see much use because she's not grossly broken (so she doesn't feature in low unit number clears) and she's a gacha unit (so not in budget videos either). After her 2AW (Grand Summoner route, Phantasm is an atrocity best left ignored) she's a middle-of-the-pack black that can do some serious swarm control and excels in Phenex due to its "must oneshot everything" gimmick, but she will also pull her weight against Amon's ants, Vepar's fish, Shuten's gaki and oni swarms, Kimaris' armors and so on. She's also good in Barbatos due to her global heals, and overall not a bad unit by any means.

New Farne should also show up often in event-only clears now, since she brings 50 seconds of very impressive AoE damage (as well as some minor defense buffs) to bear. Incidentally, angels and swordmasters are also staple in these clears because of their nature as powerhouses that outperform many units if their skill timings are abused to their limits - we don't see this, but behind every "majin 15 with event units only" video lies dozens of preliminary attempts where every unit placement and skill activation is optimized, and these classes mesh very well with that kind of approach. Mages in contrast are considered rather underwhelming nowadays, which is why their 2AW is so eagerly expected.

The following units are mandatory in the current meta:

Amulet/talisman choices should almost always be amulets that prevent either freeze (if you aren't running Morganite) or petrify (if you are), if they are available. However, assuming you're a non-whale and don't have easy access to 5-6* amulets in bulk that leaves two party slots open and those should determine whether your team is primarily offensive, defensive, or somewhere inbetween.

For defensive/balanced teams, the following units are good recommendations:
- White Onyx (backup heals/status cleanses for Amber, single-target resurrect, allies cannot have attack or damage debuffed)

Also, if you want to use a unit outside of this list for personal/waifu reasons, a well-made team can typically afford a single non-optimal pick as long as the other fundamentals are intact.

I'm not sure, most people spend lux on rainbow water, I think.
But spending lux on character boxes might be worth it as well.
you get one 4/5star character for 100 lux.
On average you get four 4/5star characters from an 11roll. (30% on 10 rolls + 1 guaranteed 4star)
So basically 400 lux are worth 3000 gemstones when used on character boxes.
Or not, I know, I'm completely ignoring rate-ups and event missions that reward you for playing gacha.
