ORT, aka Type-Mercury, is the strongest thing in the Nasuverse.

Its power is completely absurd and it has the power to kill every living thing on the planet.

It killed the Dead Apostle Ancestor #5 within seconds and took its position as an Ancestor after apparently drinking its blood.

ORT is immune to the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, so no he can't.

Now, the God-Emperor is powerful, but ORT is a fundamental aspect of existence.
Types exist in a myriad of dimensions.

I think the Emprah could beat ORT's body on this plain, but M/M will probably appear a short time later to chat with him.

Type Moon, a fucking strong one was beatne by a Sorcerer who had a fitting ability.

Nanayas as a clan can sense inhuman blood (hence why Shiki gets a warning and instinctual fear from Arc, his sister sometimes, Nero etc).

Pleasure in killing is a shtick of Nanaya, aka the aspect that Shiki fears and refuses (encountered in Dream world in Kagetsu and brought upon by Tatari)

Type-Venus popped up again via V/V, and that was after being shot with an infinite amount of power due to Black Barrel's power mechanism (More mana = More power, Type = Infinite mana).
Type-Jupiter and Saturn got cut in half by a sword which cuts through all dimensions. This is probably the only way to kill every form of a Type.
Slash Emperor cuts reality, so obviously it could cut all the ways a Type exists.

Slash Emperor has two problems:
One, it's not a weapon but a part of Edem.
Once he dies, it's out.
Two, despite by being ALL-cutting and infinite length,, it has to connect manually.

Point is, even with the specific ability, Zelretch was not all powerful.

In Type Moon Universe, abilities and how well they match an opponent are more important then overall power.
And apart from the Jeweled Sword and Kaleidostick, we have no idea how the 2nd True Magic fully applies.

You have to beat Ado Edem's eyes and comprehension speed to adequately beat him.
