I vaguely remember the discussion ending up on Hollywood movies last time Sawashiro was on Radio Witches too, but in the last episode she sure is particularly enamoured with Nakamura dubbed Captain America. I don't even know if any seiyuu that isn't in any Witches series has even been mentioned before as long as I've been listening let alone on multiple occasions throughout. I was watching an anime from 2002 (Heat Guy J), and OnoD had a one scene role credited as "Man B". I always get a nice "eyyy, that's them!" feeling hearing VAs who are big now just as minor side or mob characters in older anime. The fact that Sakurai is in it as well (playing the type of character he usually does), makes me impressed with how long he's lasted while still getting multiple seasonal roles to this day.

Not really. A single recording doesn't take eight hours + overwork like an actual job. Even in game recordings where the scripts are long as fuck (and are taken alone as opposed to whole cast like in anime), they don't record for that long since they have to think about the actor's condition.

If you are an actually popular person you might have multiple recordings per day, and at that point you might have to worry. Sugita has had things like recording Haruhi and Gintama on the same day and taking Jojo in the morning and then doing Anigera right after it. He said recently that its hard for him to take even two successive days of leave.
